Mr. Olatunji Rilwan Babatunde is the Chief Finance Officer & Performance Management of Reliance Microfinance Bank Ltd. Prior his appointment in March 2023, he was the CFO Maritime Microfinance Bank Ltd between October 2021 and March 2023, he was the Head of Finance & Admin and Compliance Officer of Obokun Microfinance Bank Ltd; a position he held and on which he showed dexterity in delivery of key performance indices especially the growth of both the deposit liability and risk asset portfolio between January 2011and October 2021 . He is an alumni of Yaba College of Technology where he holds Higher National Diploma in Accountancy & Finance and was inducted as a Certified Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) in August 2014 having completed the mandatory Microfinance Certification Programme (MCIB) in October 2013. He started his work career in Dunlop Nigeria Plc in 1997 where he rose through the ranks to become a Production Manager in 2006 and attended several local and international Management/Leadership and Performance related courses which birthed his people and performance management ability, he joined Madol Waters & Confectionaries in April 2010 as Finance Accountant (Product & Stock) until January 2011 when he joined Obokun Microfinance Bank Ltd.
