WHO WE ARE

We are Reliance Microfinance Bank —

Reliance Microfinance Bank (a member of Reliance Group) was incorporated in October 20, 2015, as a private limited company but obtained license from Central Bank of Nigeria in February 3, 2016, to carry out Microfinance Banking business in Nigeria.

Prior to obtaining license, the Group has been involved in Microcredit and Investment activities for her various customers since April 2010 and her proven integrity, records of achievements engender the promoters to approaching Central Bank of Nigeria for a microfinance banking license.

The activities of the Bank include digital banking, accepting deposits, savings, investments, granting of loans as well as business advisory services. As a licensed Financial Institution, depositors’ funds with our Bank are fully insured by Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC).
