Olujide Olukole
Chairman
Olujide Olukole is a Financial Consultant and currently the Managing Partner of Richardson Business Services Limited, a Consultancy firm that specializes in business advisory, turnaround management and strategic planning.
He studied Economics in the University of Ibadan, graduating with a Second Class Upper Division, he also did his Master’s Degree in Economics in the University of Lagos. Olujide Olukole is among the pioneer MBA holders with specialisation in Finance Management from Lagos State University.
He had over fourteen years of experience in the Banking industry, specializing in the following areas; retail Banking, credit appraisal & administration, operations, branch management and loan recovery.
Olujide is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). He is also a qualified stockbroker and an authorised dealer of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), he worked with BGL Securities Limited, between 2008-2015, before becoming the Managing Partner of Richardson Business Services Limited. He is also a Director with Vast Concept Nigeria Limited, an export oriented trading company.
He is currently the Chairman of Reliance Microfinance Bank.
Olaribigbe Jimoh Osabiya
Managing Director/CEO
Jimoh Osabiya is a dynamic, vision-oriented leader with over 20 years of experience in Banking and financial services businesses. He was the Chief Executive Officer of Wema Registrars Ltd (subsidiary of Wema Bank Plc) now Citadel Registrars Limited where he left in November 2015 to join Reliance Microfinance Bank in December 2015 as the pioneer Managing Director/CEO.
Prior to this, he worked with many top-rated financial institutions – FCMB/CSL group, Skye Bank Plc (Corporate & Investment Banking division), Skye Stockbrokers now Securities Africa Financial Ltd (Head of Finance, Head, Operations & Admin). He also worked in UBA Group (UBA Registrars) now African Prudential Plc where he led the transformation team of the Registrars department of the group to a full-fledged subsidiary company developing and implementing seamless techno-based operational model, new business development and building human capital. This significant contribution earned him promotion and appointment as the Chief Operating Officer in 2008. He left in December 2009 to take up the leadership of the erstwhile Wema Registrars Limited in January 2010.
He holds B.sc in Banking & Finance as well as MBA, Marketing from Olabisi Onabanjo University and Lagos State University respectively. He is an Alumnus of Lagos Business School and has attended several trainings/workshops (both local and internationally) on financial services, project finance, credit,investment management, share registration, leadership, strategy and relationship management.
A Fellowship of Chartered Institute of Bankers Nigeria (CIBN), Institute of Capital Market Registrars Nigeria (ICMR) and Associateship of both Nigerian Institute of Management and Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria. He is also a registered capital market operator with Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC).
In his quest to further improve his knowledge and skill, he attended Lagos Business School (Chief Executive Program), Pan African Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School, (University of Nivara) Barcelona, Spain in November 2011 and recently completed International Management Program in Nanyang Business School, (Nanyang Technological University) Singapore in December 2015.
Jimoh is a self-motivated and inspiring entreprenuer with good interpersonal relationship skill. A member of Apapa club who loves recreation and playing table-tennis.
Akeem Afolahan Animashaun
Director
Akeem Animashaun is a Legal Practitioner by profession with over 16 years post call experience in various areas of civil Law, Common Law and International Business Law. He is a capable and client focused legal practitioner who is committed to advocating on behalf of his clients with clear understanding of the structure, culture and procedures of the legal profession.
He co-founded Global Lawyer Associates and also a Director in Companies including Signet Ring Reality & Investment Limited and Signet Ring Farms Ltd.
Akeem had first degree in Law from Lagos State University and thereafter attended Nigerian Law School to qualify as a legal practitioner. He also had Maters in Law (LLB) from University of Hull, United Kingdom and Certification in International Private Law in Hague Academy International Court of Justice, Netherlands.
A member of Ikoyi Club and likes swimming, networking and reading.
Yaya Owolabi Lawal
Director
Yaya Owolabi Lawal, born on December 21, 1964 is currently the Head of Business Development Division at First Registrars and Investors Services Limited.
He attended Ife City College, Ile Ife from 1977-1982 for his Secondary School Education. He obtained OND Banking (upper credit) from the Polytechnic Ibadan and later obtained Bachelor Degree (2nd Class Upper) in Banking and Finance from Ogun State University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University).
Yaya is an astute Investment Banker with several years of experience in Banking and Share Data Management business. A Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Bankers Nigeria (FCIB) and Institute of Capital Market Registrars (FCMR). He is also an Associate of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administration of Nigeria (ACIS). In addition, he has attended several management trainings.
He began his career at Union Bank Registrars Department (now GTL Registrars) 1986-1992 and subsequently to City Securities Limited under FCMB/CSL Group. He later joined First Registrars in December 2005 where he worked in various departments before moving to his current division. Yaya is happily married with children.
Olaide Oluwakemi Osabiya

Mrs Olaide Osabiya was born in May 15, 1976 in Lagos State. She is an achiever and a successful businesswoman with passion for excellent customer service.
Olaide who is currently the Managing Director of VICDAKEM VENTURES, a trading company and also serves as a Director on the board of DEYOMAX LIMITED (an Investment management and real estate company).
She possess B.Sc in Business Administration from the University of Lagos and has attended trainings on leadership, selling skills and management.
